All registration fees are one-time and non-refundable. Program and subscription fees are non-refundable after seven (7) days from purchase. Participants may cancel subscriptions at any time to avoid future charges. Registrations are valid for 12 months from the date of enrollment. The Excel Project is a program operated by Women & Men of Excellence Outreach Ministries (WAMOE). All fees collected support operational costs, community outreach initiatives, and ministry efforts.
