Educational Philosophy
At The Excel Project Reading Success Academy, we believe:

With patience, encouragement, consistency, and effective teaching strategies, every child has the ability to become a successful reader.
Enrollment Policy
Enrollment is open to students ages 3–10, subject to space availability.
Each student will receive a reading assessment before individualized instruction begins.
All required enrollment forms must be completed, and tuition must be paid before the student begins classes.
Because instruction is individualized, students may enroll during the school year as space permits.
Students are expected to attend classes consistently and arrive on time.
Parents are responsible for notifying the instructor when their child will be absent.
Continued enrollment is based on regular attendance, appropriate classroom behavior, parent cooperation, and timely tuition payments.
Any exception to the enrollment policy is at the discretion of the Reading Instructor.
Summer Enrollment Policy
The Summer Reading Session begins on the official start date.

Students enrolling during the first week will pay the full tuition of $360.

Students enrolling during the second week will receive a $30 tuition reduction, for a total of $330.

Enrollment closes after the second week.

No new students will be accepted after the second week of instruction.
This policy helps ensure students receive the greatest benefit from the instructional sequence while maintaining the integrity of the program.
Payment Policy
School-Year Program
Tuition: $90 per student weekly
Final Week: $45 per student for the last Tuesday in May
Summer Reading Program
Tuition: $45 per student weekly
Program Length: Seven weeks
Instruction: In-person
Tuition must be paid before the student attends class each week. Enrollment is confirmed only after payment has been received.

Credit card payments are accepted; however, any credit card processing fees will be added to the tuition amount.
Refund Policy
Tuition is refundable only during the first week of enrollment.
No refunds will be issued after the first week of enrollment.
